Aesthetic Assistant Course and Gain Hands-On Training

Interested in working in aesthetics but not sure where to start? This beginner-level training at RUMA Academy is designed for individuals who are brand new to the industry and eager to build a strong foundation as an aesthetic assistant. No prior experience is required.

Through a one- or two-day immersive, hands-on experience inside our practice, you’ll be guided through the fundamentals of medical aesthetics in a supportive, real-world setting. You’ll observe and assist with a variety of popular treatments, including Botox, Dysport, dermal fillers, biostimulators, and PDO threads, while gaining a deeper understanding of clinic flow and patient care.

In addition to treatment exposure, you’ll develop essential clinical skills such as proper charting, anticipating provider needs, understanding aesthetic terminology, and supporting treatment conversions with confidence and professionalism. This training is designed to help you step into the industry with clarity, competence, and the tools to thrive on any high-performing aesthetic team. 

*This course includes a 5-hour Zoom call with our trainer, scheduled prior to attending the shadow day. Completing this in advance will help you come prepared and make the in-person experience more effective, efficient, and valuable.
