Join us at RUMA for an exceptional training opportunity with our esteemed Practice Manager, Jaime Jorgenson!

During your training or shadow day(s), Jaime will cover a range of topics and delve into specific areas based on your interests. Key areas include:

Before RUMA, Jaime spent the last 8 years in the dental field building up a dental service organization with 50+ offices. With a degree in Hospitality Management and a love for elevated patient experiences, Jaime loves helping practices take the patient journey to the next level on the front end and creating / optimizing efficiencies through tried and true operating procedures on the back end.

Choose from two training options:

  1.  On-Site Shadowing at RUMA: Spend one or two days shadowing Jaime to gain a comprehensive understanding of daily operations at our practice. This experience allows you to observe and ask questions about the areas most relevant to you and your practice.
  2. Six-Week Virtual Course: Participate in weekly one-hour virtual sessions with Jaime. This course covers all the topics mentioned above and provides a personalized setting for in-depth discussion and inquiry.
